Horses raised as nature intended:
As they have been for a hundred years, our horses are raised in the high desert country of the Great Basin. As our foals come of age, they are nurtured as much by the landscape as by their dams. They learn to move with the foraging herd as they travel through the rocky, brushy ranch fields, which works to develop horses that are mentally and physically healthy. Horses raised in this manner have a natural advantage on the ranch or trail, or in the arena.

Our horses are competitively priced for today’s horse market. From weanlings to finished bridle horses, we strive to meet the needs of today’s rider - for work, pleasure, or performance. Lisle Quarter Horses also sells through the Van Norman & friends Production Sale and the Shelman Family Horse Sale.

Hunting & Outfitting:
The home ranch is uniquely situated in the heart of Nevada hunt areas 071 and 072, offering some of the best hunting in the west. Nevada big game hunts are often considered once-in-a-lifetime; the Prunty Ranch offers the opportunity to make the most of them, with our ideal location, experienced guides, and safe, seasoned horses. The Prunty family is one of only three outfitting services permitted to guide in the Jarbidge Wilderness.
